Yoga To Improve Women’s Sexual Function

Background: Sexual function in women is closely related to women's reproductive health, if an individual experiences a disturbance his sexual function, must also have problems. This problem can be overcome by exercising, one of the recommended sports yoga, Yoga sport that improve and treat disorders so it Aim study analyze effect yoga improving function. 
 Methods: A Descriptive cross-sectional, wiyh population were who been married, aged 20-45 years, regularly. Amount sample 60 respondent, choosen using total sampling technique. The instrument used FSFI (Famale Sexuale Function Index) questionnaire, which questionnaire measure desire, arousal, vaginal lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction pain. Data analize Chi-Square Test. Results: Analysis Chi Square test with p-value 0.000, its mean p value <0.05. 25 times women’s Conclusion: associated Women whoare married or partner do regularly because has benefits for health improves qualityof women.
